I'm planning to post monthly status updates on the progress of the Gallery. This should be the first of a series where I explain what I have been doing recently.
A Windows build is on the download page. I haven't finished testing it yet, and the tests I did run found a few bugs with the high score list. Once I squash some of the bugs I will upload another build.
The method for automatically starting and restarting the Web player app is almost ready. I am still making sure that games will always have a chance to be saved when the server shuts down. Once I finish testing that, I will put the new system online, probably sometime next week.
A few days ago, the explorer Squeeealer found the Amulet of Yendor, the first time it has been discovered in the Rogue V5 dungeon. But on the way back, the bold adventurer was ambushed by a Griffin and a Medusa, and never returned to the surface. The Amulet still waits...
